Today was far better than the last few days have been. In fact, I just about had a heart attack when I went to the mall this afternoon.

I walked in Hot Topic thinking that they still wouldn't have those two LM.C CD's that I've been wanting (SUPER GLITTER LOUD BOX and GIMMICAL IMPACT). Wouldn't you know that NOT ONLY WOULD THEY HAVE THEM, but they ALSO had An Cafe's Harajuku Dance Rock CD WITH THE DVD!!!!! They were only $12 each!!! I even found a nifty necklace for $3!!! Gahhh!!! HAPPINESS!!!!! ♥ ♥ ♥

Then there was yesterday when I was leaving work and spotted a back pack with Lee Byung-hun's actual likeness on it. I'm not normally one for gimmicky merchandise, but this was just too cool to pass up. Not to mention it was half off and only $8! Whoo!!!

YAYNESS!!! HE'S SO GORGEOUS!!!

*ahem*

Anywho, I suppose you want to know how inventory went, right? Well, to put it mildly...it was the longest fucking day I've experienced in years. Just a lot of standing around and waiting...for 9 hours...Yeah. Not so fun.

However, I got to spend lunch with all of my girlfriends at work (which is rare because we all work such odd shifts these days) and even the managers and loss prevention people were in good spirits. So that kind of mellowed things out for me and I was able to survive.

When I got out of work I went home and got changed. Then I went to the bank, and then over to Lowe's with my folks to go pick out a new stove. I haven't been able to bake anything for about 2 months now and it's been driving me nuts. I watch Food Network FAR too much.

When I got home, I passed out at 6pm, and slept for a whopping 12 hours. Aoi would have been proud (since sleeping is pretty much his favorite thing to do...). When I woke up this morning I forced myself to get up and get out of the house. It started out rainy and icky, and now it's beautiful and sunny outside. It definitely lifted my spirits.

Tomorrow I don't have to be to work till 8am (which is really weird). So I guess I'll get a few extra hours of sleep (Yay!). This has been one hell of a month for me. Now that it's almost over with, I'm hoping that I can just relax for a little while. Yeesh. I need the little bit of normalcy I once had to find its way back into my life. That'd be great, yo. :P
