So....I ended up fighting with myself for a long time yesterday about what I said concerning those Final Fantasy games. I ended up losing too. As soon as I got out of work, I put a PSP, Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, and Final Fantasy: Dissidia in layaway. I only had to put $30 on it, because my employee discount ended up knocking off all of the sales tax. Woot.
My true downfall happened when I just outright BOUGHT Final Fantasy IV for my DS. The sad part is, I've already started playing it, and I'm falling in love with Cecil all over again. I used to play it all the time on the SP, so I was kind of scared about the remake. I'm glad it was a needless fear. I can't really remember a time when Square Enix has TRULY let me down. (I'm really hoping I didn't just jinx myself.)
In other news, I have to go to the doctor today. In a couple of hours actually. I was informed that I had to go get a physical before I could get the referral to go to that other doctor in Ann Arbor. So I'm not really looking forward to that, as you can imagine. Plus I still have a ton of paperwork to fill out too. Argh. Then there's the fact that I woke up with a runny nose and a sore throat. Perhaps, in the long run, it's a good thing that I'm going to the doctor today.
So I guess I best be off. I gotta change clothes and eat some lunch. Oh, and Mandy, I'm not going to be able to come over this weekend because I had to swap days at work so that I could go to that appointment. Perhaps next week? Maybe things will work out.
